Terms and Conditions
This agreement is entered into between the product sender or document or any package sender (the person who full fill the above address) (hereinafter referred to as "Shipper") and the courier or delivery company (Meseret Delivery) (hereinafter referred to as "Courier").
The Shipper agrees to engage the Courier for the delivery of products, packages, or documents to the intended recipient (Customer). The Courier will pick up the items from the Shipper and deliver them to the Customer in a timely and efficient manner.
The Shipper agrees to pay the Courier a service charge for the delivery of the products. The service charge will be determined based on the size, weight, and distance of the delivery.
The destination or destination of the message will be metered according to KM or taxi fare.
Upon delivery, the Customer agrees to sign and confirm receipt of the products. This confirmation serves as proof that the products have been delivered to the Customer.
The Courier is responsible for ensuring that the products are delivered to the Customer in good condition and within the agreed-upon time frame. The Courier will take all necessary precautions to prevent damage or loss of the products during transit.
The order If it is more than 10 kilos, call the office 9813 and talk to the concerned person. Any illegal sending or receiving by the courier will make the customer responsible.
It is prohibited to bring courier workers into a residence or an organization/shop, and the organization will not be responsible for any charges that may arise until this is implemented. If you are calling from an application, you will have to check the code, name and phone number of the sender and confirm that it is an employee of the company.
If the value of the item to be sent is more than 10,000 Birr, please inform us in advance by calling 9813. If the courier is interrupted by the consignee or the sender during the delivery, the customer is obliged to pay the delivery fee.
The order of delivery is initiated by the sender (shipper) and is between the Customer and the sender. The Courier is not responsible for the content or condition of the products being delivered.
The Courier shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, or other events beyond their control.
Either party may terminate this agreement with prior written notice to the other party.
